Is it worth using SEO on proxies ?

Since there are so many proxies out there do you think that there is any point in using SEO on your proxies. As it would be really hard to compete for one of the top 10 spots in google for proxy related keywords.

I am only trying this for 2 of my sites, webevader.org and unblockable.co.uk but I haven't been doing that well lately .

So have you tried SEO with your proxies and has it worked ?

Im not bothering with SEO, just top sites as the backlinks will help your listing anyway. I get traffic from google etc and none of my proxies even have the keyword or description meta tags. I found that this just gets your sites blocked a lot faster. Sites such as proxy lists need seo as these are where most people find their proxys its what I used to do.

SEO for my proxysites is just a waste of time and resource. Cos proxies aint content based sites you know

I would recommend just the basic SEO, nothing too fancy or that it would take you long hours of work. JUST THE BASIC STUFF

I'm trying to do some SEO for ProxB.Com, but I suck at it lol... So I never did any SEO for my proxy websites, would be waste of time

Kyahaha everybody said that SEO for proxy is wasting time...hahaha im lovin it...yeah for the prox owner like us its is doesnt matter if we use SEO or not...cause we love the traffic and actually the traffic isnt usually from SE so why we must compete with the other to be number one in SE...hehehe

Actually, I kind of disagree with you. I feel that SEO would be worth it (not that I do it). I feel if you have the time and patience it would more than pay off. Of course it would be hard to get on the first page for an importnat keyword, however if you did you would more than make up for it in traffic.

SEO is great for proxy lists, I am getting like 1000 visits per day from google and bing

I didn't yet able to handle a proxy site, but I think basic SEO can be applied on it. (I see it much easier to optimized than a flash website)
