You did not mention that sites using your service are not allowed to use Adsense. Google Adsense bans people when they use paid to click sites as promotion (it happened to tons of people already)

You are sure?

Yes Google does not like Paid-To programs (paid-to-surf, paid-to-click, etc). If found using these services a google adsense publisher can be banned as it is against their TOS.
